1. Services
Writing Workroom LLC provides one-on-one writing tutoring, asynchronous editing, and related educational services as described on this website. Services are subject to availability and are provided as described in the applicable program description at the time of booking. Writing Workroom LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any program with reasonable notice.
2. Bookings and Payment
Sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Hourly sessions are billed at the listed rate. Fixed-price programs are billed as described in the program details. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon receipt of invoice, whichever applies to the selected program.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds. No-shows forfeit the session fee entirely. Writing Workroom LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered to the client.
4. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to participate in good faith, submit original work for review, and engage respectfully with their tutor. Writing Workroom LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any client who submits AI-generated work as their own, engages in disrespectful or abusive conduct, or repeatedly fails to attend scheduled sessions without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Client work remains the property of the client. Feedback, edits, and written comments by Writing Workroom LLC are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. All Writing Workroom LLC original content, including guides, resources, and website text, is protected by copyright and is the property of Writing Workroom LLC.
6. Session Recordings
Sessions may be recorded with the consent of the client. Recordings are shared via Google Drive for the client's personal review only. Recordings are not shared with third parties. Clients may request deletion of their recording at any time by contacting Writing Workroom LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
Writing Workroom LLC makes no guarantees regarding academic outcomes, admission results, or professional outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
